Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced any variety such as white button, oyster, shiitake, or baby portabella
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce check for gluten-free option
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix 1 package

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes, until mushrooms start to soften.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Notes

Use a damp paper towel to clean mushrooms gently. Adjust ranch seasoning to taste. Optionally, add fresh garlic or sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
