Ingredients
  

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® Caldo con sabor de Res
  • 1 lb boneless beef flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked hot brown rice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Season the meat on all sides with 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Caldo, pressing lightly. Heat the oil in the pot over medium-high heat and cook the meat, turning once until browned on both sides. Remove the meat and set aside.
  • Cook the bell peppers and onion in the same pot over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes and the remaining 2 teaspoons of the broth granules. Return the meat to the pot. Cover and place in the oven for 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • Remove the meat and shred it with a fork. Return the shredded meat to the pot with the sauce, stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with hot rice.
