Ingredients
  

Casserole Base

  • 1 serving Cooking spray
  • ½ bag (16 oz) Mixed pepper strips, thawed
  • ½ pkg (8 oz) Low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) Frozen potato and onion pierogies
  • 1 pkg (13 oz) Turkey kielbasa, sliced
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the pepper strips, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and 1 cup cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the pierogies and kielbasa. Mix gently to combine and transfer to prepared baking dish.
  • Cover baking dish with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar. Return to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until pierogies are tender and cheese is melted. Garnish with the green onions and serve.
