Ingredients
  

Sticky Rice Mixture

  • 200 g Sticky rice bio
  • 280 ml Coconut milk bio
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Ripe mangoes

Preparation Steps

  • The day before: rinse the rice, soak it in warm water (minimum 3 hours).
  • Drain the rice before steaming for 30 minutes covered.
  • Meanwhile, gently heat the coconut milk and sugar, stirring without boiling.
  • Once the sugar dissolves, add the rice to the warm sauce. Mix and let absorb for 10 minutes.
  • Gently stir, then let sit for another 10 minutes. The rice becomes sticky.
  • Serve warm with slices of juicy mango.

Notes

Best served warm with fresh mango slices on the side.
