Ingredients
  

Fats

  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Vegetables

  • 2 medium red potatoes cut into a ½-inch dice
  • 1 small sweet onion diced
  • 1 14-ounce can green beans drained

Seasonings

  • 1.5 teaspoons Ranch seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce optional

Bacon

  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat bacon grease and butter over medium-high heat in a large pan.
  • Add potatoes and cook for 7 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
  • Add onion and cook 3 to 5 more minutes, until potatoes are soft.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir. Let everything warm through and then remove from heat and serve.

Notes

You can leave out the bacon grease and use 4 tablespoons butter if desired.
