  • 4 cups shredded large carrots about 4-5 large carrots
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped large apple about 1 large apple, chopped into ½-inch pieces

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the carrots, raisins, and apple.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
  • Add the dressing to the bowl with the carrots and toss well to mix throughout.
  • Serve immediately.
